We choose premium shipping options to ensure all parcels We send are trackable.
In some cases, a Third-Party Supplier may manage Our inventory and be responsible for shipping Your Products.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are provided in good faith but are estimates only.

Due to factors beyond Our control and postal services, We have found to be unreliable. The Rawsome Effect cannot ship to all countries. Our books are available for digital download in these countries.
Please ensure all shipping addresses are written in English and are clear to read.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided and Your order has been shipped, the customer will incur the shipping charge for redelivery.
Please note we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
Printing Time
Once You have placed and paid for Your order, Your book will be printed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Shipping times are determined by Our Third Party provider. Printing and handling times are incorporated into the shipping times below.

Change of Address
Change of Address notifications must be submitted within a 2-hour window from the time of placing an order, after this deadline, Your order will have been processed for print and We can no longer accept reasonability. Utilizing the subject line “CHANGE OF ADDRESS” to amendments@therawsomeeffect.com.au
