We do not provide refunds for change of mind. However, We may consider special cases where exceptional circumstances apply, provided that satisfactory proof of purchase is provided. Additionally, the merchandise must meet the following criteria:
Conditions for Returns
In Order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- Any gift or bonus received with the merchandise (if applicable) must be returned along with the product
- We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying for Your shipping costs when returning your Goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable; when You receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from Your refund. We recommend that the Goods be sent using a trackable, insured service and also be packed appropriately; We do not take responsibility for Goods lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once We have received the returned Goods from You, We will notify You via email if Your return has been approved and providing:

And You have provided Us with the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will then process Your refund; please be aware it may take a little time for Your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Order Returns
If Your Goods have been returned to Us due to being unclaimed or You have provided Us with an incorrect postal address, We have the right to charge You for the Goods to be re-shipped.
Consumer Guarantees
If You receive Goods You believe to be damaged or faulty, You may have rights to an exchange or refund. If there is a problem with the Goods, We offer You the choice of a refund or an exchange. If the problem is minor, We will replace Your Goods within a reasonable time. If the problem is major, You may choose a refund or an exchange; for Us to action this, We will require proof of purchase and Your order confirmation number to process Your request.
